2. Data controller
Costa Sol Host S.L. is the controller of the personal data you give us via WhatsApp, the contact form, email or phone.
3. What data we process and why
- Quote requests and enquiries: name, mobile number, email, area and property details, to reply to you and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Providing the service: data needed to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and meet tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Marketing messages by WhatsApp, email or phone about our services and offers, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Spanish LSSI-CE). You can withdraw it at any time by replying “STOP” or writing to operations@casasyvillas.com.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for the duration of the relationship and, if no contract follows, for a maximum of 2 years. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent. Invoicing data is kept for the legally required periods.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We use service providers acting as processors: WhatsApp/Meta (messaging), Zoho (CRM and invoicing), Google (web analytics and email) and our web hosting provider. Some may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to operations@casasyvillas.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Cookies
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. On cleanhost.es we only use the following:

How your consent works. On your first visit we show a notice with “Accept” and “Reject” buttons. Until you accept, Google Analytics does not set any cookie: it runs in consent-denied mode and only receives cookieless signals without identifiers. If you reject, the website works exactly the same. We keep your choice for 12 months and then ask again.
Changing or withdrawing your consent. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or here. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
International transfers. Google may process data in the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See Google’s privacy policy for details.
